We are looking for a Certified Clinical Perfusionist to join our dedicated healthcare team. The Certified Clinical Perfusionist is a highly specialized healthcare professional responsible for operating and managing heart-lung machines and other related equipment during cardiac surgeries and other medical procedures requiring cardiopulmonary bypass. They will also participate in preoperative planning, patient assessment, and postoperative care, ensuring continuity of care throughout the patient's surgical experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, as they will be required to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. They must also possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to quickly respond to changing patient conditions and equipment malfunctions during surgery. Requirements
